| With the development and application of the information technology,the information technology has gradually become an important force to promote the productivity development and the transformation of production relations.It plays the key role of foundation support for the Southwest Center Supervision of Environmental in exploring the transformation of environmental protection management,and further promoting the process of environmental information construction and construction and study of comprehensive office platform.The comprehensive office platform is an important part of the environmental information planning of the Southwest Center Supervision of Environmental.On the basis of integrating the existing business systems and administrative office system of the center,construction of a set of comprehensive office platforms for environmental supervision which comply with relevant provisions and standards of the country and with its own service features,can achieve customization and management of internal administrative workflow,which can not only improve the efficiency of the staff,but also improve the working effectiveness.In This thesis,the background and significance of construction of the Center's comprehensive office platform are expounded and analyzed,and the research results and development trend of similar systems at home and abroad are studied.Based on present situation analysis of office automation in Southwest Center Supervision of Environmental,the paper puts forward the construction goal,overall structure and main task of the comprehensive office platform,and clarifies the construction points,practical significance and practical value of this system.The system uses Windows.NET framework technology as a development platform,and adopts Oracle database.As for the overall design ideas,the comprehensive office platform is divided into the website system for both external publicity and integration of all internal information systems,and the internal office automation system which is designed to manage the whole process of document distribution.The office automation system is divided into modules related to document management,receipt management,signature management,government information management,collaborative management,query center,daily office and system management.This thesis elaborates the design and implementation of these modules by means of software engineering analysis.As for database design ideas,the user table,business table and other types of tables are designed,and the relationship among them is described.This thesis tests and operates the systems and modules that have been implemented.The implementation of the comprehensive office platform has made a useful exploration and played a positive role in implementing information planning and promoting informationization of Southwest Center Supervision of Environmental. |
