For a long time,our uneven spatial and temporal distribution of water resources,water quality varies greatly,so reasonable allocation of domestic water resources is particularly important.South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project is a long distance and super large water conservancy project,which has great influence on the future economy,people's livelihood and sustainable development of our country.In order to fully protect the water safety engineering,give full play to the project benefit,we need to monitor data in typical scenarios of middle route of South to North Water Transfer Project at acquisition project,carrying out the engineering safety monitoring and early warning,and to establish the engineering safety monitoring information system,timely and accurately grasping the scene construction safety,to ensure the safety of personnel and property along the project.On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign engineering safety monitoring system technology and research status,this paper analyses the functional requirements of the South North Water Transfer midline trunk engineering safety monitoring information management,and puts forward the construction based on B/S mode of Water Diversion Middle Route Project of the safety monitoring information system demonstration system.Focus on the following aspects of the work:1.Based on B/S mode of engineering safety monitoring information demonstration system overall design and Implementation: System Based on B/S mode,use the PHP language development,using Phalcon high performance framework,using MVC pattern of development,has a good scalability and maintainability.The system uses the MySQL database system,using the engineering channel along the typical scene data,using HTML5 and JavaScript technology to develop the visualization interface for visual display of the status of safety engineering.2.Based on Web Geographic information module to build and use: engineering safety monitoring information demonstration system of geographic information module built based on Web,provide high precision satellite images to along the project on the surrounding environment were observed.With the KML custom layer,provide engineering channels,typical scenes and building engineering information section.By using the Google map API,in the geographic information module displayed various monitoring data and warning information processing.3.Monitoring data and early warning information analysis and processing and visual display: through the design of safety monitoring information database and early warning information database,build monitoring data and early warning information module.Data after pretreatment system in line charts,bar charts and pie charts,etc.in the form of intuitive display various types of sensor data,and sensor threshold value and the project overall evaluation model comparison and,in abnormal according to the division of a different levels of early warning information.At the same time,the module also provides a historical review of monitoring data and early warning information in order to facilitate information management and data statistics.
