To meet the large inter-provincial river basin water diversion project to automatemanagement, we design a monitoring system for South-to-North water diversion middle routeproject.First, the paper introduces distributed control system design and selected Wonderware’s ArchestrAindustrial application platform design to achieve the Station monitoring system.Then, we analyzes theentire system of business and functional requirements, monitoring of each object for Stationabstracted, is responsible for all levels of remote monitoring system provides real-time datamonitoring, gate control and data storage, and other monitoring service, flexibility of themonitoring objects Deployed in better communications and network monitoring platformnodes, in this based on the proposed three-Station Monitor and Control System-level designand software architecture design, and completed a three-layer structure analysis. Intouchconfiguration software application of situ monitoring software structure design,and completeddata management, gate control, alarm monitoring information inquiries and other major trendsin the design and implementation of functional modules. Finally, the gate in the concretewater diversion project has been applied and tested in the given test results. Aimed at thedefects of the system, and puts forward the direction of future improvement and target.
