In all secondary vocational school teaching activities, student performance management is the core of educational administration。It’s necessary for us to use the advanced computer technology and network technology, to realize scientific, efficient and accurate management. The modernization, informatization and scientific of Student performance management has important theoretical and practical significance to improve the teaching management, enhance the quality of teaching and training of qualified workers. Through the survey of Shaxi Vocational School of Zhongshan, we found that the school has yet to established student performance management system,which brings a lot of inconvenience in school educational administration work.Therefore, it is urgent need to develop a design of student performance management system which is simple and convenient, large amount of information storage and accord with human body engineering.This paper mainly describes the design and implementation of vocational student performance management system. First of all, it summarizes the background and status of system development of domestic and oversea research. Then it analyzes the needs of the system, a detailed description of the five user roles: System Administrator, Office of Academic Affairs, Teacher, The function of teachers and students, the Final design of the system modules. And discusses in detail the implementation of the system, draw a flow chart, to Figure out the user interface and the functions of the implementation code. In the design of the system, the use of B / S structure, using the C # development language,.NET as a development platform, SQL Server2005 as database support. By functional testing and performance testing of the system, the system basically achieved the desired effect, secondary vocational schools to meet the needs of student achievement management.The test run in Shaxi Vocational School of Zhongshan, the results properly to achieve the desired goal and effect.Use of the system can reduce the usually tedious work of academic staff and comprehensive work of the Academic Senate and teaching services sector and reduce the waste of human and material resources, save time and enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of the work, allowing users to quickly Find information and rapid achievement of results for statistical analysis, to provide appropriate teaching management decision support, to improve the teachingmanagement, to contribute to improve the quality of teaching; allowing students to timely control of their own learning, and timely leak filled, reasonable arrangements for study time, learning to adjust, improve academic performance and eventually become a high-quality workers.
