Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Purchase Management Platform Based On Oracle EBS

The development of information technology has caused great changes in production mode and management mode of modern enterprise. The development of modern enterprise is more and more rapid. The old enterprise management ideas and methods can not adapt to the new era. The ERP system is a management concept and also is a software product. ERP is an integrated environment. Oracle electronic commerce suite(EBS) is the enterprise level software products provided by Oracle company, and the management scope of EBS covers all aspects of enterprise management. Purchase management is the most important part, the integration of purchasing management and related business information realizes the unification of enterprise purchasing flow, business flow and information flow. Each enterprise has its own unique business needs, based on the EBS system. In order to solve the traditional complex and difficult of purchase process management, according to the management idea of EBS and ERP, this paper designs a set of customer personalized purchase management platform for aviation business.First of all, based on the purchase business process of large airlines company,this paper carries out the requirement analysis and system design. Based on the analysis of the system's key business needs, it describes the system's construction goal,the functional requirements of the system, and designs the overall structure of the system.Then the paper designs the database structure, designs the physical data model of the database, and describes the contents of the main data dictionary. The process of the establishment of the system development environment is described in detail, and the process of purchase strategy management, purchase procurement directory management, purchase order management and contract management are given.In the end, the test results show that the system achieves the expected function.The purchase management platform covers the purchase business requirements for large airlines company, and the successful development of the system optimizes the complex process of purchase for large airlines, so that the purchase process becomes more streamlined and business process more effective.
