Information Technology(IT) has been widely used across universities and IT systems are mainly used within school management and student life services. The school management system is the main channel for management and information transmission, including the Senate, the executive, and branch management. And the Student life service system is mainly used in Bulletin Board System of students(BBS), and a lot of colorful community organizations. These systems are independent and require users to register first in order to use in different systems. However, the applications of IT, have changed people's lives, especially for college students. You can go shopping, make a payment, buy tickets and use other services through the Internet. Therefore, the existing campus information service system can not satisfy the diverse needs of modern college students.To solve the above problem, this paper presents the issue about designing and implementing information service website for university students. Based on the advantage of the common services Website related services, and integrated business and requirements, we need to re-build a full-featured integrated service platform for university students. The system includes six plates campus forum, such as the Campus Online Supermarket, the Scouring Second-hand market, the Courier online,the Part-time Employment, the Community Homes, basically solved the problem of the original information system silos. In addition to student users, the school management, supermarkets, express delivery and other third-party sales were introduced into the platform as a use, in order to better serve the students. The Platform is an online shopping features, a mutual transaction idle resources, what they need the platform, a part-time employment information dissemination and a channels acquired a rich campus cultural exchanges, and an actively counseling students' psychological health platform. Through testing, the college students' information service system is safe, reliable, good performance. It can basically meet the basic needs of college students' information services.The design and implementation of information service platform for college students, which has solved the problem of the information service platform of university students, has facilitated the information service for students on campus. In addition, the development of Internet technologies and the new demands from userswill pose new challenges for the future development of this system.
