Radar was a important target detection sensor parameters in the modern war, and get wide attention since produced. As an important task of air combat, the missile borne radar has attracted more and more attention, and the harsh battlefield environment has higher requirements on the reliability and anti-interference performance of missile borne radar signal processing system. In this context, this paper designs a standard missile borne radar signal processing system with real-time, reliability and scalability by using the standard VPX framework.In this paper, the history of missile borne radar is described, and the platform architecture, processor and transmission bus are compared. The VPX processor is used in combination with practical requirements. The signal processing module adopts Virtex6 processor, the data processing module adopts TMS320C6678 processor, the main control interface module and data acquisition module selects the Kintex7 processor, and the Rapid IO is selected as the complementary Express bus.Then, a general design scheme of the system is proposed, which is standardized, modular, extensible, and the system is introduced. Secondly, the modules of the system are described in detail, including data acquisition module, data processing module, main control module and storage module, and the functional block diagram, clock network and power network are given.Finally, the signal integrity problem, using Hyper Lynx simulation tool for PCB signal integrity and Power Integrity simulation, the simulation process of signal processing module, for example, the module DC voltage drop, AC coupling impedance and large capacity storage were simulated, and the simulation results were analyzed, the results of theoretical knowledge, combined with theoretical knowledge of its modification, until the design standards.
