Based On New International Cataloguing Rules Of Cataloguing Change Research In China

At the beginning of the 21 st century,there are many new cataloguing rules produced on the world.The cataloguing rules do not only reflects the trend of the cataloging,but also put forward new requirements for cataloging,had a great effect on our country's catalogue.Cataloging in our country in line with international standards,if we want,we have to understand the development trend of new international cataloguing rules,grasp the latest requirements of the international cataloguing.At present,we focus on cataloguing and found problems in cataloging,make appropriate change strategy to solve these problems.This paper adopted the combination of questionnaire,literature study and comparative analysis methods.The author in the first part,first of all,this paper expounds the research background,research significance and the domestic and foreign about the implementation of new international cataloguing rules,and the research literature at home and abroad are reviewed and summarized at home and abroad research achievements and deficiency of cataloguing.Then,the author in the second part introduces the background of several new international cataloguing rules,content framework and features.Through the comparative analysis about this several cataloguing rules,the author in the third part summarizes the developing trend of the international cataloguing,and the catalog of new rules on cataloging in our country in the future will influence and puts forward new requirements to the cataloguing.Then in the fourth part,the author questionnaires to our country library catalogers.Through the analysis of the results of the survey,the author found that the present problems of the cataloguing work of library in China mainly do not have a unified cataloging rules and the lack of professional skills in cataloging two big ways.Besides,there are cataloging concept is relatively backward,the imperfection of the catalog software,etc.The fifth part,aiming at the problems existing in the cataloguing,the author put forward the thought to update the catalog,unified cataloging rules,upgrade the catalog software,internal communication,strengthen library catalogers' professional skills and comprehensive promoting the comprehensive qualities of catalogers,revised in accordance with the format of the new international cataloging rules change countermeasures of cataloging rules in our country.
