| Health preservation, known as regimen, cultivation, is first seen in"Zhuang Zi Nei Pian". Health is health activities that can take care of the body, reduce disease and improve health based on the law of life. With the improvement of people's living standards, more and more people are concerned about health, but there are a lot of problems like network resources of chinese medicine health knowledge are scattered, and not scientific and precise, the references of resources are lack of authority and profession, and the methods of health preservation are not systematic classified, and a lot of people are not believe in health preservation, so knowledge of health preservation has to be standard, a scientific and authoritative service platform of health preservation knowledge is needed to be established to satisfy people.A rich theoretical and practical health preservation method has been established in Tradition Chinese Medicine(TCM). In recent years, although the digitization arrangement and utilization of TCM have been made, most of them just focus on the surface of TCM, and there is an important and urgent issue about how to study theory stage of the literature further, and make the computer understand TCM based on semantics, establish the database about TCM, improve the utilization of Tradition literature knowledge, eliminate the "alone island of information", be utilized in clinical medicine better. In this thesis, TCM has been studied as the target to explore the representation method of TCM knowledge, so that TCM knowledge can be organized more reasonable, and the rate of precision will be improved, and the knowledge service and sharing can be better achieved.1. ObjectA wealth of health theories and health methods are included in TCM books, but the long history, the complexity, repeatability and High similarity of knowledge, and the version otherness hinder the improvement of Health preservation Tradition knowledge utilization. In this thesis, semantic network knowledge representation is used to express the knowledge of TCM books, establish the concept of a semantic network, organize Health preservation Tradition knowledge, build a framework of knowledge database of Health preservation Tradition, search the whole content of TCM books, improve the utilization of TCM knowledge.2. Research contents and method(1) collect representative traditional books of TCMIn this thesis a semantic network of TCM is established, and representative traditional books include all concept semantic types and relationships, and reflect the health preservation knowledge.According to the above requirements, the expert consultation method was used to determine the literature selection criteria of TCM health preservation ancient books and selected 10 representative books.(2) knowledge extraction of traditional books of TCM10 books of TCM are selected to extract ancient knowledge, building health ancient concept semantic types and semantic relationships and providing data sources and a database of TCM ancient knowledge. In order to ensure the accuracy of the extracted concepts, the semantic analysis method is used in this thesis, determining the health concept words by the syntax, elements and language environment.(3) establish the semantic typesSemantics are the nodes in the network to classify the concepts, terminology and instance. It provides the basic frame for the classification of a semantic network, is an important part of the Semantic Web. In this study, the content analysis method is used to construct the semantic type of the framework steps to complete the construction of the semantic type.(4) establish the semantic relationshipThe semantic relationship is used to represent the relationship between the concepts of traditional books, and they connect concepts and terms to be a big semantic net to make the organization and search of TCM knowledge easier.The construction of semantic relations in this study. we use the semantic representation model of Chinese medical information method to made the semantic relation construction steps for. establishing the semantic relationship(5) health knowledge integrationThis research carries on the example integration analysis to the concept semantic network.at least one semantic type is given, and inherits properties of corresponded semantic types, especially the relationship attribute, thus the relationship is established, and the applicability of the semantic network has been verified.3. Results(1) book selectionAfter the expert consultation, the selection criteria of the bibliography were determined: ? classical:collecting the classical traditional books that also be used widely.? representative:the selected books are of academic representation, and can reflect the characteristics of academic development of ancient health, focus on the health specialist features ancient choice, such as health guide ancient books. ? global:the selected books need to fully reflect the health knowledge, considering the subject matter of the ancient health, style structure, geographical features. By using TCM ancient literature selection criteria and expert consultation,10 typical TCM ancient books are chosen.10 representative traditional books are selected based on experts consultant and criterions:"Zun Sheng Ba Jian", "Yang Sheng Lei Zuan", "Yang Sheng Lei Yao", "Yang Lao Feng Qin Shu", "Dong Gong An Mo Mi Jue", "Lao Lao Heng Yan", "Yang Sheng Dao Yin Fa", "Yin Shan Zheng Yao", "Yang Xing Yan Ming Lu", "Shou Shi Qing Bian".(2) extraction of conceptual vocabularyBased on semantic analysis the criterion of TCM knowledge extraction is established: ? only extract the words related to TCM.? extract words based on the selected books according to the original subject, not modify the content.? extract the standard words and phases. ? For non-standard words or phrases, use semantic analysis method to analyze the elements, language syntax and context to extract data retention nouns and brief statement.? extract the smallest unit that can represent the knowledge. According to the formulation of the rules of knowledge extraction, a total of 3601 health knowledge of the number of entries extracted,in which the number of food therapy is most and the number of acupuncture is least..(3) the result of semantic type constructionBased on the content analysis method the semantic types is established: ?Using content analysis, the structure and knowledge content of the 10 books are analyzed, providing the data for the frame of semantic types. ? extract the same features of concept words as semantic types, based on the word extracted from the books. ? determine the extracting types and the range, referenced on the integrity language system.There are 32 semantic types extracted based on the establish steps in this thiese: health theory, illness, disease, syndrome, symptoms, etiology, pathogenesis, methods of health, food therapy, food taboos, seasons photo transfer method, seasons photo transfer method taboos, guidance law, the guide specific operations, acupuncture therapy, acupuncture specific operation, massage therapy, massage specific operation, effectiveness, side effects, composition,production method, usage, location, meridians, acupuncture points, precautions, crowd, time, season, physicians, medical books. Every semantic type needs to be determined based on standard to understand the included semantic range.(4) results of semantic relations constructionBased on the semantic representation model of Chinese medical information method the semantic relationship is established: ? the semantic representation method of chinese medical information is used to determine the relationship words of types.? use Traditional Chinese Medicine Language System to standard the words.There are 19 semantic relationships extracted and normalized in this thesis based on the original books:hierarchical relationships, guidance, discussion, reference, cause, records, operations, prevent, eliminate, treatment, produce, use, production method, usage, composed, occurred in the case, appropriate, contraindications, attention.(5) health knowledge integration analysisIn this study, the concept of health knowledge vocabulary as an example..Based on ancient TCM original, giving at least one instance of semantic types and instances of property through inheritance corresponding semantic types, There are three kinds of cases in which the relationship between the concept and the semantic type is equivalent, extended and blocked. Through an example of integration analysis, completed the construction of the relationship between the examples, validate TCM ancient knowledge concept semantic network applicability.4. Research ConclusionIn this thesis the representation method of semantic network knowledge is used to conduct the explorative research of TCM knowledge.32 concept semantic types and 19 semantic relationships have been established to make the frame of semantic web in this thesis. The application of the concept frame has been verified by the integrity of concept instance, and protege 4.3 has been used to represent the web-structure, this structure based on the theory, centered health preservation methods and relationships between the theory and methods provides the concept frame for TCM health preservation knowledge database.We think the knowledge representation method of semantic network is fit for expressing the knowledge of TCM health preserving ancient books.It is also provides the new ideas and methods for the further development and utilization. |
