Ontology goal is to capture the Shared knowledge relevant fields and provided common understanding in the field of knowledge. Because with clarity and sharing ontology, it can serve foundation as field in communication between different subject the semantic; And ontology may better understand the semantic information document expression. Now the Internet has been thoroughly into our life, But continued and rapid information surge make the search users information in network are becoming increasingly difficult. The current development of the Internet, the semantic web provides a generic semantic frame and to achieve different application of sharing and integration between data. About ontology of semantics, how will ontology and relational database generate its mutual between semantic web mapping is a very important research of key content. Because in the network, relational database has become the most choice in the storage of large quantities of data. Therefore, based on relational database ontology storage research is very important.This research mainly around the following several aspects:first, introduce the concept of ontology and semantic web and the research status of both domestic and abroad, and in-depth analysis still exist problems in the field. Then based on ontology storage of various issues involved. On related technologies such as ontology language, ontology reasoning machine technology, ontology storage modes etc comprehensive introduction and related comparison. Secondly, in the comparative analysis based on relational database of existing after the characteristics, Presents a triad database of storage ways and actual use data to make the inference. Then according to the design, puts forward a relational database on the object database based on this design can thoughts, the triad database design, and will become knowledge base, failure to make the model objects sub-object model can inherit rely on father, so as to achieve the object of semantic statements enlarged unlimitedly way. Finally, the relational database query, using a little improvement to establish index table way triad database design optimization.
