It is researcher's dream all the time of the intelligence system to let the computer obtain knowledge automatically, and it is a very hot field at present to study as what nature language understanding and knowledge of human-computer interaction. Nature language understanding can define as a discipline for research the communication of people and people or people and computer. The natural language is a main carrier of the knowledge, the research of nature language understanding is set up on the foundations of a lot of disciplines, which has greater research meanings. This text is on the basis of framework and semantic network these two knowledge representation, on the structured knowledge express method which combining framework and semantic network designing a language called BabelL. And we have set up the knowledge acquisition system based on BabelL language. Depending on the segmentation and dependency parsing tool, put forward the transform algorithm based regular method, and have realized the Semi-automatic knowledge acquisition system. In realizing the Semi-automatic knowledge acquisition system, this text uses the language reasoning ability of semantic network language, have finished the question and answer function.This text has these mainly research results as following:(1) Designing knowledge express language BabelL, make up the knowledge structure system for semi-automatic knowledge acquisitionStructured knowledge express language BabelL has combined the framework and semantic network these two kinds of knowledge of express methods, the expression that it can be more natural, more flexible to description knowledge.(2) Have designed the transformation algorithm which based on regular method from Chinese to semantic network language transferIn the transformation of Chinese to semantic network language, with the segmentation and dependency parsing tool, we get the dependency triple and we get the rules from dependency tree...
