The Research On The Response Of The Network Public Opinion Of Hot Security Incidents On Campus

Campus security involves almost every family, related to the development of educational cause and social harmony and stability. In recent years, as the development of information technology and the growing of campus security demand, exposed campus security events that are gradually increasing, the network opinion of hot events on campus security catch more and more people's attention. However, the frequent occurrence of the Internet public opinion crisis on campus indicates the lack of response measures of relevant departments, therefore strengthening response capacities has becoming the topic research for schools, education authorities, and government departments.Based on the concept of the network opinion of hot events on campus security and other theories correlated, this paper proposes an effective classification method that is applicative in this research. Meanwhile, the data of the network opinion of hot spots on campus security between 2013 and 2015 are concluded. And furthermore, based on the analysis of network opinion of hot spots on campus security in 2015, this paper investigates and evaluates the response capacities of relevant departments from the following aspects:the speed, attitude, mode and effect of response.The results showed that there are some practical difficulties in coping with the network opinion of hot events on campus security. These difficulties show generally the inapplicability of response modes of relevant departments, which show the improper response to the network public opinion of hot events on campus security in the social transformation period and new media environment. Researching the cause, there are many aspects, such as the administrative management in educational field, intersected management system, imperfect law and regulations, unsound administrative institutions and lack of professional personnel and so on.Based on the above analysis, this paper presents the strategy of how to improve network public opinion response of hot events on campus security. At first.the relevant departments should not only set up scientific concept but also construct cooperative system.Secondly, strengthen the contribution of management organization and talent team. Finally, perfect afterward disposal mechanism and sum up experience unceasingly to improve the ability to deal with network opinion of hot spots on campus security.
