With the development of network technology, a number of large cement enterprises begin to attach great importance to the application of production management system and energy efficiency management system. Through putting these systems into use, all these enterprises have achieved good benefits. However, some small and medium-sized enterprises merely concentrate on improving the automatic control level of production process, which results in a relatively backward system information construction and poor information sharing in the enterprise.This thesis is on the background of the construction of integrated automation laboratory in process industry and the system is applied to the ×× Cement Plant subordinating to Sunnsy Group, which is at a low level of information construction at present. The production process data in this enterprise is mainly applied to production monitoring of the central control room, and there is no reasonab le management system can be used to reserve, analyze and study historical data. Beyond that, report forms such as output, material consumption need to be computed and inputted by employee who is easy to make mistakes due to the heavy workload. To solve the problems mentioned above, data management system of cement production process is developed. The main work done is listed as follows:(1) First, the thesis discusses the design background of the system and makes a demand analysis of enterprises' production situations. Based on above, data acquisition subsystem and data management subsystem are designed, which mainly contain database module design, data acquisition module design, data archiving module design, data query module design and user management module design.(2) According to data storage and management requirements of production process, introducing classification design into database table. In allusion to the problem that the time of collecting sampling data is not synchronal, these data are filed to make further analysis, which helps to ensure the temporal consistency of historical data.(3) Based on the studies of OPC interface object model and data specification, we use the automated interface specification to achieve the development of data acquisition subsystem. Such a system has been applied to cement production recently.(4) This system, which takes Visual Studio 2012 as its software development tool and uses B/S mode under the N ET platform, designs a data management subsystem. The system has realized such functions as replaying historical monitor screens, analyzing historical trend, querying report forms etc, which provides data support for current production.
