With the constantly improvement of various oilfield basic database,and the acceleration of enterprise informatization, the information requirement of people have not stop at simple data browse,but it needs to screen,analysis,calculate and process on a large number of basis data to gather comprehensive information, and generate the electronic charts,providing scientific and technical personnel and managers scientific basis and reference to make decisions.At the same time as the rapid development of computer software technology,It is hoped that more and more duficult question to the computer to solve at number of areas.This makes the computer software scale and complexity increased,and software development subject to the new challenges.Software development process is a complicated systematic project,general demand for experience,anaylysis,design,implementation,testing stage ect.requrement of different technoloty to developing software as a protection in diffirent stages.At present, metadata,data model driven and ASP.NET technology are all front technologies.This paper just complies with this new situation,through the establishment of oilfield exploration information enquery system arctecture,and on the basis of deeply study about metadata technology,data query theory and ASP.NET technology,with mastering those advanced development tools, combining the user's actual needs,using advances computer modeling software to design integrated query and customized data model and common graphics customized model,and in according to meta-model arctecture,using advanced object-oriented programming development tools ASP.NET,combining efficient ORACLE database query techniques,the oilfield development data query system was implemented.The implementation of this system.Not only simplified the work flows of scientific workers and managers,but also reduced their labor intensity,improved their work efficiency,make the production management level to a new level.
