Traditional computer-based ISA bus or PCI bus Laser Marking Controller must rely on computer. Since the computer is multi-tasking system, thus reducing the stability of the controller. The laser marking controller based on the singlechip control is low cost and can run steadily, but the limited storage capacity and the low running speed restrict its application application range. In order to solve these two problems, Analysis of the current number of common laser marking control and improve the laser marking marking quality and cost-saving point of view to choose a computer+digital signal processor DSP2812 improved control structure as part of the system's control system architecture.The principle of laser marking, the development actualities of laser marking technology,the compose of laser marking system and laser marking system common control mode are introduced firstly. Then laser marking controller hardware design and the functional unit of the circuit design explained in detail, and gives the various parts of the functional circuit schematics, given communication protocol and some of the software flow chart. Finally, this control system test results are analyzed and made improvements.
