Design And Implementation Of The Engine Discharging Experiment Management System For Pan Asia Company

This thesis presents design and implementation of Pan Asia Company's engine discharging experiment management system. This system is developed in cooperation with the company's engine technique laboratory's gas release experiment detection sensor hardware platform to construct a digital and intelligent support tool in high efficiency. It is used to aid the engineer to implement the released gas measurement, analysis and evaluation in all experimental conditions to improve the gas contamination indicators with quantitative data foundation.Based on the above objectives this gas discharging experiment management system is organized around the following functions. The first function is the complete management of the electronic archives of the standard detection quality information, hardware experiment platform configuration information and technical indicator information. The second function is the complete experiment task management. The third function is digital management on experimental data including experimental project documentation, related data analysis and transaction information. Oriented to these functional objectives this thesis accomplishes the following works. At first it presents the functional requirements with analysis on experimental basic information management, experiment operating management and documentation management, establishing the use case models as foundations for the software design. The system design scheme is described on which basis the system database and all related functional modules design are described with focus on its major objects and the internal processing flowcharts. The system's programming methods are also described about its major program components, configurations and test results.Pan Asia Company's engine discharging experiment management system's application server routines are programmed with C++ language and its data intensive processing functions are programmed with SQL Server storage routines, which construct the whole complete software control layer on the experimental hardware platform. Now this software has passed the test running and well reaches its objectives in its functions and performance.
