General Speech Signal Processing Platform Based On C# Language

With the development of technology and people's increasing requirement, Speech signal processing problem has got more and more practical applications. From the recording pen to mp3 players, and the voice dialing of cell phone to the voice navigation of GPS, more and more new technological products are associated with the Speech signal processing, which makes the speech signal processing technology become an important scientific knowledge to be mastered. Traditionally, we should go to the laboratory to study the speech signal processing technology by using the experiment instruments, which not only wastes a lot of money to buy equipments, but also needs manpower to carry out routine maintenance. Under this condition, there is an effective way to improve the teaching and researching efficiency as well as reduce costs by transferring experiment to the computer, building a virtual experimental environment with the software technology.This article is come from the actual demand. With the emergence of the high-performance computer and simulation software, insteading of using the experimental instruments, we will do experiments in a virtual experimental environment. Through this way, there is an effective way to deepen the understanding, improve the teaching and reduce costs. Most of the existing software platforms are based on matlab, VB, Visual C + + and other languages, which functions are not perfect. It can not fully meet the needs of users.So the focus of this research is to the design of a speech signal analysis platform based on C #, which can fully meet the needs of users.This paper introduces an approach based on C# to achieve a visual speech signal processing software experimental platform to meet the needs of speech signal processing-assisted teaching and provide an experimental platform for the masses of speech signal processing enthusiasts. According to the extraction methods and experimental process of the speech characteristic parameter, an overall framework of the software system is put forward, and the implementation method by programming is also given.This paper mainly includes the following five aspects: First, a simple introduction of the social significance of the design and the work to be done; Second, an introduction of the definitions of some common parameters as well as its roles in the speech signal processing , which are introduced respectively in time and frequency domain, so it is intuitive and clear; Third, an introduction of the basic platform design, the basic functions of designed experiments platform as well as some features of the platform; Fourth, an introduction of specific platform design process, the design idea in the process and the implementation techniques of some functions. Fifth, a main introduction of the using methods of the platform, as well as some areas will be improved in the platform. Finally, the topic is summed up and the further work and research direction are put forward.
