Research On The Investment Control Of Residential Property Based On BIM And "Internet+"

Since 2013, the downward trend of residential real estate development boom index has become increasingly apparent. Real estate development enterprises are seeking new profit growth point and new way to control investment. BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology and Internet technology have attracted attention of the real estate development enterprises. The adoption of BIM and Internet technology enhance efficiency, increase market share, reduce the investment will decide the survival and development of real estate enterprises in our country.This paper begins with the social background, research significance, research methods and related research status at home and abroad; then the current situation and problems of the domestic residential real estate investment management are analyzed, the ideas and methods to control investment are presented by means of BIM and "Internet+". Then the feasibility of controlling investment by real estate development enterprise by use of BIM and Internet technology is analyzed and the relevant success cases are introduced; at last, the real estate development process management optimization is studied, and this technology is introduced into the various stages of the investment management system in order to reduce the cost of real estate development and investment companies.Through the application of BIM and "Internet+" in investment management, the related research theory ate introduced into residential real estate development industry project management, the traditional management processes are optimized, the accuracy of cost data statistics of residential real estate development enterprises and the efficiency of construction management process are improved, so decision can be made in a solid foundation.
