Design And Implementation Of Ruitu Technology Ltd Competency And Performance Evaluation System

Towards the long term development requirements, Ruitu company needs to construct its new strategy for which a more advanced management scheme needs to apply to the company's performance evaluation and its employees'capability improvement. A corresponding management information system is needed to support this management shifting with the goal of an effective and stable rising in the employees'capabilities.Based on the above objectives and background, the following works are accomplished in this thesis in accordance with the software engineering principles. The first group of accomplished works is the construction of the software's requirements based on the analysis on the company's business including basic information management, performance evaluation, position competency and some supportive functions. The second group of accomplished works is the construction of the system framework and the related models of use case diagrams, interaction diagrams, time sequence diagrams, class diagrams and activity diagrams for construction information processing workflow within the system. The third group of works is the database design and the relational tables design for the detailed sub-modules design in the system which is a distributed and multiuser application for the enterprise. The forth group of accomplished works in this thesis is the program implementation based on the above analysis and design scheme with the main program codes as the examples and the steps and tasks and results for the software tests.This software's architecture is client-server with the mainstreamed and matured development tools such as C++and SQL Server database system platform, which is easily used by its users and maintained on its runtime. This software system has past its test running phase and well suits the expected development requirements.
