CTW Company’s performance management information system is built for meeting the it’s business strategy. This article discusses the design and complementation of CTW’s specific professional positions and entire personnel business performance management information system. Based on the current requirements of software engineering developing process management, it discusses demand analysis, software design and programming.This system’s function requirements include basic information management, performance data management, performance plan and actual achievement assessment management, professional qualification management and employees’professional ability evaluation management, etc. The performance evaluation function in this system includes two periodical information management functions, which are performance plan oriented information management and performance evaluation oriented information management. Performance plan oriented information management is mainly used at the beginning of performance cycle and is usually valid before the performance evaluation stage starts. Performance evaluation oriented information management is mainly used during the final performance evaluation stage and combined with varieties of performance analysis and statistics functions. The other important functions of this system include the employees’professional qualification match level and work capability assessment and analysis function. This software uses multiple architectures:client end uses web browser interface, web platform is in the middle to achieve basic information interaction and processing, and the background is the general relational database platform. In general, this system is a Web based application program. The client end is common browser, and the running environment is Windows and its graphic interface for customers’conveniently use.
