The elective course mechanism of senior secondary school is a great improvement of Elementary Education Reform in China.Whereas this mechanism has confronted various troubles under the standard educational model,such as the relationship between elective courses and required courses,the difficulties caused by the lack of student,the integration of teachers' specialty and students' potential,the credits of elective courses and so on.To avoid these problems,it is crucial to reform the original educational model.In this dissertation,an online education system with great specialization and individuation is built,which is an innovation of ordinary teaching method.Students in this system are free to choose their lessons,attend their classes online and get their score.Firstly,by analyzing the problems in the standard model of ordinary educational management,this paper clarifies the necessity of reforming the mechanism of senior high school elective course with information technology.On the basis of our theorem, the main functions and procedures involved in the senior high school elective course system are summarized,then the design of the main framework and some of the main subsystems such as the educational system,the statistical system,the management system and the forum are discussed so as to record the online time and the behavior of students accurately and cover the shortage of ordinary online educational system, which is not sufficient for controlling the students' behavior.The paper focuses on the cache strategy for the systems 3-layer and the implementation of the customized report forms.Practice has shown that our system can meet the demand of the management of senior high school elective course education.
