Design And Implementation Of Textbooks Reservation System

Textbooks reservation management is an integral part of educational administration,involving every teacher and student in the colleges and universities.With the expansion of the school scale and high-speed development,the increasing number of students,the massive growth information needing to manage,manual and traditional management methods can not meet the requirements.Strengthen the management of the use of teaching materials,is conducive to maintaining the normal teaching order,it can promote teaching construction and teaching reform,it can provide the quality of talent training,it can maintenance the rights and interests of students.Therefore,to establish the standardization,automation,business management textbooks reservation system is urgent need for the current school administration.The system based on the actual situation of University,in reference to other colleges and universities teaching management experience and the design and implementation based on industry experience and applied research.This paper follows the software engineering thought,using java language and SQL server database designing and implementing the textbook reservation system.Firstly,elaborated textbooks reservation system research background,a clear teaching reservation system content and major research work;then,in the analysis phase,carried out a systematic requirements analysis and UML modeling,then gave the use case diagram,class diagram and activity diagram of the system,on this basis,the overall design and detailed design of the system are carried out,through the analysis of the system includes login and registration,school management,class management,student maintain,teaching material maintain,order maintain module,announcement maintain etc;the system architecture,the function modules included and database were detailed design;including the implementation and testing of the system functional modules and finally summarized and discussed the work have done.The system can meet the requirements of school textbooks reservation management,to achieve the desired effect.Textbooks reservation system improves management efficiency and the information level of the school,and also has good market prospects.
