| With the rapid development of mobile Internet,the O2O business model has beening mature gradually that takes advantages of the Internet online marketing and then provides specific services online.Meituan and Dianping have made a lot of exploration in the catering service industry,such as online booking,pick up queuing,takeaway,online order,online payment,and strive to provide convenient services for users and merchants.The online reservation system researched in this paper is an important part of the online and closed loop in the catering platform.However,there are some problems in the existing free reservation system.Users need to wait a long time for the merchant manually confirming orders.And the rate of customers to shop is low for the orders are frequently changed and canceled.So,it is difficult and ergent to simplify the reservation process,improve the customer to the store and provide higher quality reservation services.It is the major problems solved by this paper.This paper first analyzes the significance of the existence of the restaurant reservation service,and then studies the status of the online booking system at home and abroad.On the other hand,we need to explore and develop new business model such as the payment of the deposit reservation,stock reservations,the new commission model and so on.The new reservation system mainly incorporates the deposit order module and inventory module,using Java EE development technology,and uses the Struts2,Spring,iBatis framework and the company's internal Pigeon remote service framework and Swallow messaging service framework as technical support.By exploring the different patterns of restaurant online booking,it is convenient for different sizes of restaurants to cultivate the user's booking habits.There will be more large-scale restaurant reservation service coverage in the future.At last,it will increase the user stickiness and attract businesses to join,thus making the company to be successful. |
