Along with the thorough and continuous reform to the SVE, the construction to the SVE not only gradually becomes the emphasis and difficulty to the reform, but also becomes the important means for every publisher to scramble for market. How does our state make the reasonable policies and regulations to standardize the construction to the SVE textbooks? How do the schools and Education Department perfect the selection and evaluation system of the SVE textbooks? And how do the publishers enhance the comprehension to the SVE textbooks and develop outstanding textbooks? These are becoming the problems needed to be solved urgently.This article bases on the editing ology and the Modern Publication Industry, through on-the-spot investigation, makes use of the methods of Stereotypes, Quota and comparative analysis, etc, begins with the present situation of the SVE development, carries on the elaboration to the construction of the SVE textbooks and standardization of the Textbook Market and the development of the SVE textbooks. And also, this article analyzes the reasons and causes, and summarizes the existing problems of the SVE textbooks, and proposes the practical approaches for the unique textbooks and reasonable publication structure and a better promotion to the SVE publication.
