| CDMA digital trunking communication system is the communication system based on CDMA2000 1x evolution, it provides new telecommunications services with CDMA technology. Hence, it inherits the original mature and good expansibility and the advance of the CDMA system. On this basis, it improves the network performance according to the characteristics of the trunking, and successfully realizes the new scheduling services on the CDMA network, Meet the operational needs of the professional and common networks.CDMA digital trunking communication system was first proposed by domestic manufacturers ZTE, it is the first new-generation digital trunking communications system based on CDMA standard in the world, and is also the first trunking communication system based on the third-generation mobile communication technology. At present, CDMA trunking system has been successfully carried in over 20 countries around the world, and the Industry and Information Technology department of China officially issued the CDMA digital trunking standard.CDMA trunking system has successfully solved the key technologies which are necessary for the professional trunking system, including 1)Channel sharing, forward traffic channel resource sharing implement one to more call mode; 2)Information updating of the access group, implement management and updating of the list;3)Self-hand over of the terminal, reduce empty messaging and conflict;4) Quick call setup, implement the quick call setup through changing access flow and the power control pattern; 5)Reverse wireless channel grab, through the competition of Reverse wireless channel to implement the control of the floor,etc.By using these advanced technologies,the trunking call setup time has achieved the leading level in the industry, the number of group members has no limits theoretically, and the performance can completely satisfy the demands of the trunking users. It is a trunking communication system which has more advanced technology, richer business, and more potential development, and it can meet the needs of the broadband data and new value-added services.CDMA digital trunking mobile station upgrades the original function by reconstructing and developing the existed terminal, and its easy application provides a good digital trunking platform for the users and operators.Based on the CDMA2000 1X terminal tetechnology, this paper analyzes and designs the key digital trunking technology and protocols, and make deep research on the terminal digital trunking tetechnology. Firstly, it describes the basic concept, the trunking function, the network structure and the sevice category of the CDMA digital trunking. Then, it designs the software architecture and theframework of trunking protocol in the terminal side. This paper focuses on the four key technologies, the share technology of the forward wireless traffic channel, the quick call setup technology, the power control technology and the reverse wireless traffic channel occupation. With the definiation of the flow of initial state, the idle state, and the access state of the digital trunking terminal, we describe the process of the trunking registration, call control, floor control, and explain the definition of the key messages and other function design of the terminal.The digital trunking terminal technology has been debugged and applied on ZTE's CDMA trunking network. It has kept operation stably for more than six months, provided many services to the users and made good benefits for the enterprises. |
