As a type of logistics,ocean-rail transportation combines two modes of transport,rail and ocean.It is an economic activity that each carriers aim to finish cargo transport with one shipping,one charging,one document and one insurance.As an important type of multimodal transport,it plays an important role on reducing supply chain cost,promoting transportation,promoting energy-saving and emission reduction and promoting sustainable development.At present,the combination of Internet of Things and modern logistics has become the technology trend of container carrier.In the application of IoT,with the help of EDI and RFID,Lianyungang port realizes the optimized conformity of container transportation business processes.The port has built one efficient and reliable operation mode.It provides technical support for the rapid development of container transportation.For the container transportation business of Lianyungang Port,the process analysis is carried out with the goal of integration and upgrading of sea-rail combined transportation and current business processes.Through the optimization and integration of the information resources of the sea-rail combined transport business chain,a set of sea-rail combined transport solutions that can integrate port and railway logistics information and share and cooperate with the business are designed.Through the integration of logistics network technology application and optimization of important business processes and information systems for ports and railways,a complete Lianyungang sea-rail combined transport service platform will be established.According to the demand of sea-rail combined transport business,the business integration process between port station management system,station business management system,railway transportation company management system and container terminal management system was analyzed in detail,and related implementation schemes were given.At the same time,re-engineer and improve the system interfaces of related shipping companies,ship generation and freight forwarding.The research work of the sea-rail intermodal information exchange platform has practical significance for the improvement of the level of land,sea and rail transportation and informationization of Lianyungang Port.
