In recent years,intermodal transport has experienced rapid development,supported by national policies and by a spectacular development in the transport sector,of which "combined transport by express rail" is the most widespread mode of transport.However,at present,China is in the status of “sea strength,land weakness” and “public strength,iron weakness”.At the same time,in the process of intermodal transportation,there are problems such as low node transfer efficiency,low timeliness,and unsmooth information.In order to further promote the vigorous development of intermodal transportation,it is imperative to break through these bottlenecks.In the actual process of rail-rail transportation of goods,the choice of transportation path and mode is the key influencing factor to obtain the optimal transportation path.In this paper,the research on the design of container highway-railway combined transportation based on the hub-and-spoke network is based on the research of transportation routes in the past,and the design of container freight flow organization schemes has also been considered.Take into account the storage costs ignored by previous studies.The main research contents of this article are as follows:(1)Analyze the design of container highway-rail combined transportation scheme.This article determines the principles and contents of formulating the design of the intermodal transportation scheme,divides the design of the container highway-railway transportation scheme into two parts,including the optimization of the container highway-railway transportation route and the design of the freight flow organization scheme,and analyzes the influencing factors separately to clarify the influencing factors.Portrayal in the model.(2)Establish an optimized model for container public-rail combined transportation.On the basis of accurate description,considering the restrictions of shifts and multi-constraints of different commodity flows on arrival time,establish a container public-railway combined transportation with the smallest total cost composed of transportation cost,reloading cost,storage cost and time penalty cost Path optimization model,and use MATLAB software to solve the example with genetic algorithm to prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.(3)Establish a design model of freight flow organization scheme between nodes.On the basis of obtaining the optimal transportation path of goods,study the problem of freight flow organization between hub nodes,consider the reorganization capacity and interval passing capacity of the hub node,and minimize the time cost as the optimization goal,including the time cost of traffic flow in the transportation network 3.The cost of reorganizing time of hub nodes and the cost of assembling time of hub nodes establish the design model of freight flow organization schemes,and analyze the use of freight flow organization schemes to analyze the utilization of line transportation capacity and the reorganization ability of hub nodes in the transportation network with examples.MATLAB software uses genetic algorithms to solve calculation examples to prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.
