Emergency domain case data currently exists in emergency system of departments and internet. These data are heterogeneous, and stored in different ways.How to unify all these emergency case data in different information systems, define one metadata template, carry on the management with one platform, is a problem. To solve this problem has very important research value in the scientific field emergency decision making field. In order to solve the above problem, this paper has done the following works.1. This paper proposed domain model of distributed case data storage and search platform. The domain models proposed in this paper including scene model, role model, information model, feature model and business model.2. This paper puts forward the software architecture of distributed case data storage and search platform. This paper references the design method of distributed geographic information system, analysis the emergency applications, design entity component, design task management component, design management component,design task execution component.3. This paper build prototype system based on the distributed storage and search platform software architecture, test and verify the method and model proposed above.This paper analysis the needs of emergency domain, design the platform architecture of distributed case data storage and search platform, and proposed the prototype system to verify models and design. These works unify heterogeneous data,enhance the search service effect, and support other applications in emergency domain.
