The advent of the mobile Internet has contributed to the development of new media, such as Microblog,Wechat online video and so forth.These platforms have offered more opportunities for content producers,which leads to a large amount of We media, a main way that people can access information.In addition,as mobile internet has become the engine of economy,We Media has been favored by more and more entrepreneurs because of its vertical and segmented traits.However, the quality of We Media is generally poor. Also because of a lack of a clear business model,some are running red.This article is based on the background of mobile internet and on the theory of4 P, and also takes Channel Wu as example to systematically analyse the operation strategy of We Media. This article firstly explains the conception related to mobile internet and We Media. Then this article reveals the situation of We Media cooperation under the background of mobile internet,including the environment of development,the features and problems in the process of operation. In addition, the article takes Channel Wu as example to systematically analyse the operation strategy from the perspectives of content, platform,community and business. Last, the article starting from the operation strategy of Channel Wu introduces three potential suggestions: connecting the users by excellent content and service, activating the community by personality and building the ecosystem of content and business in order to offer some help to the further operation of We Media.
