In the Color Coating Line, many reasons, such like the material, the passing-roll and the equipment may cause the stripe deviate, which is harmful to quality of the product. So, Center Position Control system can solve this problem, it is one of the most important equipment in the CCL. This research which was based on the CPC system of the TPCO mainly introduce the way of creating mathematical models, the way of the PID and Fuzzy-PID control system, the simulation of the system.The CPC system which is effective and accurate is consisted of three parts: photoelectrical sensor, hydraulic sever system and displacement sensor. The paper made some analysis on the hydraulic system with the help of the AEMSim, which is one of the best soft wares for the hydraulic system. Also,it introduced the way of creating mathematical models by the continuity equation, flow equation and the dynamical equation. It analyses the characteristics of this system by the way of timing analysis, frequency analysis, root locus analysis and the simulation of Matala/Simulink.The PID control system which can improve its function, is a very important part in the CPC. It is proved that the PID control is useful for the system by the way of simulation.Then, it introduced a new way of control by combining the PID and the Fuzzy theory. The Fuzzy PID is created through the analysis of the parameters of PID function,the fuzzy rules and the control rule parameter table. It is proved that the Fuzzy PID controller is better in both dynamic and static state, and was more robust than normal PID controller by the results of the simulation. With the gradual accumulation of experience, constantly optimization of the fuzzy rules, the Fuzzy PID control can be more superiority.
