In recent years,following the super-speed development of the national economy,and the developments of foundation facilities,such as the ports, channels,bridges...etc,the demand of various engineering ships increased consumedly.The driving of hydraulics have many predominances,such as the big driving power density,structure delicate,collocate agility,easy in installation and the safety.It has been applied to many field successful,which need big driving power,moreover,delicate control and adjusting for motion process.The hydraulic driving has become an indispensable technology for modernization transmission and control.So,it has been widely used in the engineering ship all over the world.With the development of hydraulic technology,hydraulic system simulation software also grew gradurally.AMESim is one of software for modeling,simulation and dynamic analysis of hydraulic and mechanical system based on bond graph,which is a production of Imagine corporation of France.The simulink has fuzzy logic tool,which be used in this paper.therefore,the paper conbine AMEsim and Simulink to co-simulation of piling barge's preventing hammer-sinking hydraulic system,finally compare and sum up the result of simulation.In piling barge,the problem about hammer-sinking arosed piling-sinking is a key problem of piling barge.The performance of the piling barge may affect the schedule of engineering.In the thesis,the author analysis the cause of hammer-sinking,then put forward using fuzzy control to optimize the hammer-winch braking system.The original method is detect velocity of drum by coder,then using PLC control the voltage of hydraulic-electric proportional reducing valve,make it braking in term of the rule in advance.The biggest characteristic of fuzzy control is that it can make handlers or experts' control experiences and knowledge as control rule describe by language variable,then using these rules to control the system,the paper put forward to optimise the hammer-winch braking system using closed loop fuzzy control as it has been successful application in engineering control.The process of AMESim modeling and fuzzy logic controller designing are described,Uinited simulation technique and the problem of interface with AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink are also discussed in the paper,then co-simulation of piling barge's preventing hammer-sinking hydraulic system with two control ways by AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink,finally compare and sum up the result of simulation,from which we know that both control ways are capable of the problem about hammer-sinking arosed piling-sinking,but using fuzzy control better than the way in term of the rule in advance,because using fuzzy bring smaller wallop,make the process of braking more stabile and safety.
