The definition of the business model of the TV program is that TV producers(including television stations or TV production companies, such as various production team)serve as the main body, and study how to create value and maximize its business logic system. New media and other media derived from it have cause impact on the traditional TV media and thus form a new pattern of the media. For those producers in this competitive field, it has become a powerful driving force to business model, and, at the same time, it offers a variety of possible for the innovation.This paper first use the business model theory and the value chain theory as the premise to decompose and analyze the business model of the TV program, which will show us the existing TV business model, analyze all the elements of the business model,interpret the TV program value chain in macro and micro aspects in the view of the TV industry value chain, and build up the basic theory frame and the model of this paper.Second, the writer laid emphasis on the new pattern of the media and the impact on the TV media. Data is used to summarized the new situation of the media and the conclusions of the features are drew that rapid growth of mobile terminal, global social network radiation characteristics and further points out that the new pattern changed the media ecology, the social rapid forming a mesh structure, make the internet thinking into necessary thinking pattern including TV business model innovation, and many essential way of thinking, which lead to the television media revolution.Last, “Dad Where Going”, “Chinese Voice” and “I Am a Singer” are used as the cases to analyze the TV program business model, which will help to find the new points of its value chain and the business model and the common problems in it, such as: There are no regular patterns for the value-oriented contents, the program is popular with viewers but can't attract them for a long time, and the infirm relationship between internet and the new media, etc. “Only You” and other business model practices are used to study the specific issues of the innovation in the business model of the Tianjin TV station, and draw the conclusion about the proposals of the innovation in the TV program.
