Engineering design act the prim a in the process of the engineering construction. Weather the design scheme is scientific and rational is the necessary condition of the achievement of the construction tar get. The businesses of the engineering design enterprise often carried out in th e mode of project. The custom s relationship management in the process of the im plementation of the project is the im portant condition of the success of the project.In modern times, the managem ent idea of the enterprise has transferred from centering on the p roduct to centering on the customer. More and more clear understanding to the enterprise that enhan ced the customer relationship management and established relations of cooperation which is good, long-te rm and stable are particular important to the development of the enterprise.In this paper, a customer relationship management system which is suitable for the engineering design enterprise was designed and implied via the theory and method of the software engineering for the management situation and the business characteristic and the custom er relationship management of t he business in project-style.Specific work is as follows.1. To understand the developm ent of the theory and practice of the custom er relationship management(CRM). Studied the basic theory, the develop m ethod and the implied technic. Learned and referenced the successful experience of the implementation of the customer relationship management system in other enterprise.2. The curr ent situation in the de velopment and the pro blem existing in the business of the engineering design enterp rise were research and sum marized. The characteristic of the custom er relationship management of the project-style was analyzed, and the solution of the system was raised up, too.3. The feasibility analysis and demand analysis were carried out by the UML tool. The business demand and the functional requirements were arranged, too.4. The summary design and detailed desi gn which include th e function design, the database design, the technical solution design and the system architecture design were implemented.5. The system was developed via A SP dot NET. The database management was implemented by the SQL Server 2008 ve rsion R2. The business logic w as programmed by C sharp language. The Ajax technic was using in order to enhance the response speed of the system and release the stress of the server machine.6. The test of the custom er relationship management system of the engineering design enterprise has carried out in order to make sure the function and perform ance of the system can hit the target.
