Remote Reimbursement System For A Company

With the rapid development of Chinese high-speed railways' construction, company A, as a “national team” of professional railway construction, has been enlarging constantly. In the meantime, the present financial integrated management mode is in desperate need of development. Thereinto, strengthening funds management in project department and improving the current situation of financial integrated management are particularly urgent. Since the engineering projects have been increasing exponentially, construction sites are more dispersed and staff movement is over-frequent, the previous auditing and reimbursement mode in project department has not only increased the total amount of financial management, the repetitive workload and the labor intensity of financial staff in the offices, but also has reduced office efficiency. Therefore, it is of great significance to take advantage of informatization network to set up remote reimbursement platform to get rid of basic manual settlement, strengthen information accuracy and funds management in project department as well as improve the efficiency of financial integrated management for the company.Based on the investigation and analysis of current financial management mode in company, this thesis applies ASP.Net technology and exploiting B/S structure of jQuery framework based on JavaScript scripting language from the perspective of reimbursement details of the original petty cash of office financial audit and the reimbursement situation of petty cash after finance query and audit in project department. Microsoft SQL Server2008 serves as the supporting platform of background data. Remote reimbursement system are designed and realized in this paper.The innovative point of the system is that the system provides a comprehensive, detailed and convenient query of petty cash and cancels function as well as a reliable security certificate module for financial users in project department and manages users based on the current financial management mode. At the same time, applying B/S structure of jQuery framework can capture the data to the foreground client and use JavaScript to interact with clients, which can reduce the pressure of the server. Besides, as a concise, rapid and flexible JavaScript framework, jQuery can realize simple operation of documents on the websites, the handling of events, special effects and add Ajax interaction on Web page. In this thesis, three-level user management system is adopted to realize long-distance reimbursement and the visit of enquiry system. Three-level users refer to system administrator, office financial user and financial user in project department.
