| As the rapid development of Internet,information technology plays an important role in all areas of life,especially in the operation and development of the enterprise.The operation mode of Heilongjiang branch of China Telecom is composed of own channels and agent cooperation.In the past,the way of manual reimbursement for Telecom Commission managers has not been able to follow the development of information age.Aiming to make the commission reimbursement electronically,we try to set up a commission reimbursement system to share the data and information inside the enterprise by the standard and transparent data.Moreover,the commission reimbursement system makes the information disclosure and management control more effectively.The commission reimbursement system is divided into three modules: process customization module,ledger management module and payment management module.The process customization module mainly resolves the definition and setting process of the approval process involved in the whole accounting process,and it manages the user role privileges of the system.The ledger management module mainly manages the whole process of commission ledger,including defining the type of report,confirming automatic ledger and commission ledger.The payment management module mainly includes the initiation of commission payment process and commission payment.Meanwhile,it adds the related contents of the implementation of commission Wechat public number and Commission data analysis.The commission reimbursement system has undergone detailed testing.Currently,the commission reimbursement system has been used in practical work.It has implemented the electronic operation of agent commission reimbursement and realized the e-process approval of bills among agent,audit and company assessment center.The commission reimbursement system standardizes the actual reimbursement of business around the city and contributes to the enterprise financial information construction. |
