Design And Implementation Of Reimbursement System For Purchasing Transaction In Pailong PEC Company

Reimbursement is important for both the financial expenditure of the enterprise and the interests of employees.It has been highly valued by every enterprise.However,with the development of enterprises,the complex process of reimbursement has become a critical problem of every enterprise.For example,in Anshan Pailong Petrochemical Company,there are many costs requiring reimbursement,including the operating costs,marketing costs,legal costs,the use of land and property vehicles,travel costs,etc.Hence,it is an important problem to improve the efficiency of reimbursement management for employees.Although they have developed a system for reimbursement,there are still two problems.First,the reimbursement process is difficult to be managed,which is hard for all the employees.Second,all original vouchers for reimbursement cannot be electronically managed or efficiently retrieved,thus increasing the burden of managing the original vouchers.These problems have greatly influenced the efficiency of reimbursement.It is important to design a new system to resolve the above problems.Facing the above problems,this thesis designs and implements the reimbursement management system for Pailong petrochemical company in Anshan to accelerate the process of reimbursement.The system includes five main modules,which are regulation management,voucher informationization management,reimbursement integration management,financial visualization management and basic data management.The system uses the popular B/S architecture design and the MySQL open source database to store data.The front desk uses the HTML/CSS technology to develop and the backstage is implemented by Java/J2 EE.The system uses image recognition and heuristic rules to identify the vouchers.It can then computerize the information of vouchers to facilitate retrieval.Now,the system is in the Alpha testing stage.The testing results show that the system can solve the existing problems in Anshan Pailong petrochemical company and improve the efficiency of process management and data management in the process of reimbursement.
