Design And Implementation Of Remote Medical Consultation System Based On Microsoft Azure

China is a vast country with a large population and a very uneven distribution of the country, 80 per cent of the population are distributed in the county where the medical and health resources is underdeveloped, while 80 per cent of medical and health resources are distributed in large and medium-sized cities, the level of medical development is highly unbalanced, the domestic top physicians and high, refined, sharp medical equipment are mostly distributed in big cities. In order to effectively change this situation, in the new round of medical reform, medical services informatization is an inevitable trend, telemedicine is an important branch of the medical service information, aimed at achieving inter-resource sharing and optimal integration, improve medical services and efficiency, reduce medical costs and led to the medical service information.Cloud computing technology is born for development of large scale web application provides the convenience and feasibility. Above study on the basis of a typical commercial cloud platform, this paper has carried on the detailed research for the Microsoft Azure cloud platform, and proposed based on Microsoft Azure cloud platform to realize the remote medical consultation system software development plan.This paper describes the whole development process of the remote medical consultation system which architecturing in the Microsoft Azure cloud platform, the system uses a flexible robust multi-tier architecture, combined.NET with cloud computing technology, design and implement a set of B/S mode of telemedicine consultation system.According to the remote medical consultation business requirements, in view of the different consultation roles, implementing role-based access rights management system, the completion of telemedicine consultation process control, as well as consultation required input data, patient data upload, effective consultation to both provide a secure data support to ensure the smooth progress of consultation. At the same time, the system locally after functional simulation tests successfully published, deployed to the Microsoft Azure environment,completed the platform functionality and stress tests.The design and development of the system is a very meaningful practice in the use of cloud platform to develop the software, this platform to deepen the understanding of cloud computing, Microsoft's cloud services, cloud storage and SQL Azure also have more a deep understanding of the future development of similar platform software products provide valuable experience. At the same time, also learned how to make use of Microsoft's cloud technology solutions to medical information, medical information technology, "cloud" construction provides a practical exploration.
