| Due to rapid development of modern information science, information technology has penetrated into every corner of our life, is changing the way of our daily behavior, of course, the same of the medical industry. The hospital information system is generated in the background of modern information construction. The hospital information system can help the hospital save precious time, relieve the pressure of the medical staff’s work, improve the work efficiency of medical staff. It avoids the problem of the traditional manual methods of all kinds of data caused by improper operation mistakes, reduce medical accidents and operating costs. It has greatly solved the hospital’s problem of "difficult and expensive". The service and the management level of modern hospital improvement has played an irreplaceable role to provide a basis for decision-making and support for the hospital leadership, it changes the disadvantage of not balanced in different areas of the allocation of medical resources, it can be more reasonable to use medical resources within the region to allow patients be treatment at home. Hospital management is moving in direction of automation and informatization. Therefore the research and development of efficient, applicable, convenient management and maintenance of digital hospital information management system in hospital for patients to provide better quality of service are of important practical significance. The dissertation is divided into five chapters:The first chapter expounds the practical value of the hospital information system, the basic concepts, research background and significance. The status and the development trend of hospital information system are explored through the relevant literature references at home and abroad. It introduces the situation of the hospital information system at home and abroad, Problems of hospital information system in our country and some suggestions are put forward by Comparing with the development of foreign countries. In the second chapter, the dissertation introduces the situation and development of current middleware technology HL7 standardization of hospital information system in the world, the language required for the system development environment and database development tools, distributed C/S structure and UML visual modeling tools. The third chapter gives the overall design of hospital management system, use in the technology and design of each module. This dissertation analyzes the main business process of hospital management system including out-patient management, hospital management, drug management, health economic management and other subsystems. Main function module and user role use flow chart and case diagram, ER diagram method is described and a detailed analysis of the design of the system. In the fourth chapter, the design of database system creates the conceptual structure and logical structure, database and the table structure. Finally, the interface of the system and functions are shown and described. Functional and non functional testing of the system is no error, the test results are stable and achieve the desired design goals. |
