As the rapid development of the information technology and the broad applicationof inspect instrument and equipment, the growing demand of clinic lab management’sstandardization and normalization, the degree of automation of hospital inspectequipment is getting higher, clinic doctors are more reliant on the data of lab. The cliniclab management system is becoming one of the three main parts of the HospitalInformation System.This project is respond to spirit of strengthening the information construction ofbasic level hospital in the12th five-years-plan carried out by Ministry of Health.According to the current capability of the doctor, medical technical staff and thecondition of the existing instrument, we can regard the lab equipment dataprocurement,transportation and processing as study objects to improve the basic levelhospital clinic assay quality and build a normative, digital, integrated hospital, so as todesign and realize this lab management system applied to the hospital itself.The project is based on C/S, as the developing tool is Visual Studio2008, using Csharp language and SQL2008database management to be accomplished. On thecondition of the existing hardware, we can connect one computer to several labequipments, the data can be processed intensively which can be compatible with thenational standards so as to comply with the format of data standard. This project canrealize the five functions: routine inspection in basic level hospital, quality controlmanagement, reagent management, statistics and inquiry, elementary informationmanagement, also can satisfy authority management for different roles of the operators.This project used the TFS platform to realize team co-operation and maintaining,we tried to apply multi-structure in the application of the system to confirm the systemexpandability and maintainability. Also we used the serial communication technique tocatch the instrument data, and the all-in-one equipment to fulfill the lab informationsystem of basic level hospital.Firstly this thesis described the project background and basis of the subject,analyzed domestic and foreign research findings and tendency, Secondly introduced the content of study, target, the applied methods, and the associated theoretical principle ofsystem design and realization. Thirdly, analyzed the demand of the system, data flowand work flow were illustrated, then the function module and the database was designed.Fourthly, explained the three-level-structure and how to realize the important functionmodules, provided the program flow and key codes, and introduced the test of the majorfunctions. At last, the project was concluded with the perspectives.
