With the emergence of water conservancy research,in order to simulate the influence that actual waves of ships,marine engineering buildings,etc more realistic,we study how to improve the precision and accuracy of the wave simulation is very important.Due to physical pool is limited by space,wave unavoidably cause secondary reflections.Secondary reflection wave changes the suffer of mechanical properties and statistical properties to experimental models,and direct affects on the stability and accuracy of the system simulation waves.Previous ordinary wave machine can not eliminate the influence of secondary reflection wave of the test model,and can not simulate the effect the real wave of experimental models.Therefore,a large number of researchers began to study with active absorbing secondary reflection wave function of wave machine,namely active absorption-type wave maker.Now the general absorption made wave machine are using the traditional absorption wave control theory.The control algorithms of traditional absorption wave maker wave simulation from the wave theory contains some sophisticated derivation of hydrodynamic,and made some approximations and assumptions in practical applications.So the algorithm is complex,prone to delay error and lower absorption rate of secondary reflection wave.In order to improve the absorption rate of secondary reflected wave and simplify the control algorithms,this paper by studying the traditional absorption-type wave maker theory proposed system will see the wave absorption as the servo system.In accordance with the principle of servo control system designed a controller based on Fuzzy PID algorithm,and applied to the system.In this paper,the characteristics of the actual basin,by comparison with the general absorption wave-making system in sink,designed the basin absorption wave-making system's overall structure and system;Based on the location of the closed-loop servo control,designed the control system hardware and the communication between hardwares and electrical connection,completed the multi-axis synchronized motion absorption wave machine hardware design;and prepared the motion controller control program.In this paper,using the design of the basin above the wave absorption system for a test comparison of two wave-type methods of rule making waves and irregular waves of conventional absorption wave-making and fuzzy PID control algorithm absorption.Experimental results show that these difference between the incident wave height and the target wave height are in line with the requirements of JTJ / T 234-2001 "Wave model test procedures" provisions;Two waves surface processes on the wave height sensor test section collected using two-point method be separated into the reflected wave,the wave absorption traditional computing and fuzzy PID control algorithm absorption efficiency of absorption-type wave-making results showed that compared with the conventional absorption-type wave-making,the wave absorption fuzzy PID control algorithm is based on secondary higher absorption rate of the reflected wave.Therefore,the fuzzy PID control algorithm suitable for the absorption-type wave-making control system,and the calculation is simple,real-time adjustment control parameters,absorption secondary reflection wave better.
