The research work of the paper is with the servo system of measure radar, the author has participated in some previous transformations of the radar servo system and trouble hunting, has participated in and finished splendidly such scientific research task as rockets, satellite and airship, etc. In order to solve the problem that the servo system of radar exists at present further, the paper is on the basis of analyzing radar servo system structure and principle and correcting control, is it succeeded in applying to parameter self-adjustable fuzzy PID control technology, has made the comparatively satisfactory control result.The paper makes a good analysis to control theory, control characteristic and system structure of three major loops of the radar servo system and the correcting mechanism of every loop at first.On the basis of analyzing system structure, control theory, the influence on the parameter of PID, and system characteristic and the shortage of PID correcting control, the paper points out the parameter self-adjustable fuzzy PID control technology. It has analyzed the characteristic, structure, control principle of the system of parameter self-adjustable fuzzy PID control. Provide the approach of parameter self-adjustable fuzzy PID control. It makes detailed regulation to choose fuzzy variable, confirm membership function, transform control rules according to expert and operator one's own experience, adopt compound method to carry on fuzzy reasoning, and then defuzzify with the center law method.Adopting MATLAB software to carry on simulation about the parameter self-adjustable fuzzy PID controller set up of application to the pulse position loop of the radar servo system. It has made a detailed analysis to its simulation result, compared with original system and PID control system about step function response, slop response and the system characteristic by the parameter of control system changed. It indicts that fuzzy PID controller is better in transient response and higher in accuracy. It has a very good response characteristic to the input of jump and the input of slope, and it has better adaptability and stronger robustness when the system parameters have changed.
