The Research And Implement Of Data Collection And Testing Processing System Based On Virtual Instruments

For the safety running of the airplane, the power supply system undertakes extremely important function. Therefore, testing of the parameters for the airplane power supply system accurately and rapidly is great valuable. But the traditional testing methods are great costly and not flexible. So the source of the thesis research topic is to meet the request of a domestic airplane manufacture group, designing and finishing a system which could do the task of testing a number of parameters for a certain type of airplane alternator. This testing system with the usage of the Virtual Instrument (VI) can complete a great deal of testing work in a universal PC with great efficient, reality, flexibility and lower cost.First, the thesis introduces the basic concepts of Virtual Instruments, and analyzes the constitution of the VI testing system; include the sensor, signal conditioner, data acquisition (DAQ) card, universal PC software, and other essential elements. According to the actual need, the thesis designs the testing system based on the DAQ card. Second, the thesis combines with the VI programming language platform LabVIEW, takes the parameters of the airplane power supply system as its research objects, makes particular dissertation for the software design process, and finishes the testing and analyzing system for the of airplane alternator. Finally the testing system gets the characteristics of the stable and instant state of the power supply system.The thesis also designs VI module piece for universal usage at the same time, completed two type of common electronic apparatus. So the system could not only do the testing for the airplane power supply system, but also for the common usage in the electronics experiment .This expand the usage widely for the testing system.
