The Video Surveillance System Of Water Project Platform Design

This paper is written under the background of the development and design of the video surveillance system of water project platform.By using UML,we establish the case model,we aslo use the object-oriented method to complete the system architecture design, using the two methods of hardware and software, while keeping the original structure and function of video system,we realize the integration of video surveillance and construction of management platform.Through the management of top platform on series of streaming media gateway, the system realize the function of video monitoring system calls, handling storage and forwarding of heterogeneous images resources and related information of each department by using a unified end users or WEB.We also realize the effective compatibility of front-end digital video monitoring by using SDK transcoding agent technology. By using the constrution of management platform and streaming media gateway architecture,We can realize the premise of implementation of video surveillance system and constrution of TianJin water management platform.Through the integration of each video surveillance system, this system has realized the constrution of platform for water project video surveillance system and the joint-dispatching, as well as centralized decision-making of all the relevant departments,which can help us improve the level of flood prevention and help eliminate the danger of being unknown for some distant planes.Whatsmore,it can also give full play to the to the technical advantage of the system, while realizing the unified planning and standards. In addition, as part of the TianJin Water Project platform, after the completion of video surveillance system platform, the completion can lay a good foundation for the constrution of TianJin water management platform.
