Design And Implementation Of Video Surveillance Systems In Hangzhou Jianggan Area

A large number of Video Surveillance systems have been set up thanks to the rapiddevelopment of internet technology, multi-medium compression technology and VideoSurveillance technology. The solving crimes have become more with the developmentof monitoring. Video Surveillance system has become a means of solving crimes, whilespecial features of Video Surveillance system in public security has been asked for. Butwe don’t have a integrated platform for individualized requirements in public security.There is a contradiction between the functions of Video Surveillance systems and newrequirements of application in Jiang Gan Area, which is what our subject to solve. Itwill also settle the requirements of Video Surveillance systems, plan and build upplatform of Video Surveillance systems in Jiang Gan.This thesis is about the carrier and exploited object of Video Surveillance systemsanalyzing Top Streaming Media technology, Centralized Storage technology and PGIStechnology etc to design the database and interface as a whole, which based on theactual requirements of Jiang Gan Public Security Bureau analyzing the network,problems and requirements of dynamic Video Surveillance systems and choosing thepattern of systems in Jiang Gan.The overall design of systems in this thesis is based on reliability, security,practicability, progressiveness, expandability, integrity, flexibility, standardization,modularization. The systems are designed by layered structure standard serving SOAarchitecture and connecting function modules, services and applications by interfaceand agreement.The Modular design will achieve the basic and special functions of VideoSurveillance systems in Jiang Gan area.The basic functions of systems are designed in device management module, dailymanagement module and public management module etc, which achieve the access tovideo encoding and alarm console equipments, remote control, device auto detection,monitor preview, monitor control, monitor playback, monitor upload and copy,Institutional users setting and authority management. The special functions of systems are based on alarm management module, imagefile management module, sectionalized Preset point management module and PGIS mapapplication module etc, which achieve the linkage functions of Video Surveillancesystems, connection between image file management and crimes. The comparison ofimage files achieve the check and links of cases, Preset point setting, sectionalizedPreset point setting and management, PGIS monitor points distribution, map pointschoosing, monitor points fast geographic location, map trajectory analysis etc.
