Design And Implementation Of University Affairs Management Platform Based On The Mobile Phone

With the education informatization was increasingly concerned by the academicand practice community，more attention has been paid to the university informatizationin such aspects as education, scientific research and management. Universityinformationization have be limited to the application of Internet. But with the popularityof mobile Internet,collection and management of university affairs information bymobile phone text messages(Mobilephone School Affairs Management), it will beconvenient for teachers and students greatly involved in university affairs information.In campus network and Internet raises public awareness and increases user’sdemands day by day. But now, the problems such as the disconnection betweeneducation and practice education, school of Information Isolated Island and so on, led tothe social education, school education and family education can’t effectively worktogether. Parents and schools failed to cooperate with each other timely understandingof the dynamic student information and ideas.Firstly, collecting and analyses MSAMP and making use of its characteristic andschool of Information Isolated Island to build the mobile phone-school affairsmanagement platform model. The model mainly describes the following three aspects:First of all is the interface relationship of MSAMP with the existing system andoperators; The second is the relationship of MSAMP from Infrastructure services layerto presentation layer and the function of each layer; The last is the contact of mobilephone users, and shared data center with MSAMP.Secondly, With SOA technology to analyse the functional requirements and datastorage of MSAMP, determine the main business. At the same time, analysis theexisting SOA implementation technologies found Web services has more advantages.The main reason is that the Web service method using XML document to delivermessage, its interface and binding can be defined and described through XML,so it canbe shared easily.Thirdly, according to main business data flow of MSAMP to design functionmodule, it includes Service center, Exception handling business, SMS send and receive, Client service.Finally, it is based on.NET platform and c#language to realize the function ofeach module. An experimental analysis shows that MSAMP is effective in processingcolleges and universities business. We also verified the effectiveness and feasibility ofour proposed algorithm. The experimental results indicate that MSAMP can make goodeffect on the processing speed, response time and stability of the algorithm, and can beeffectively applied to colleges and universities education information interaction.
