Special Wireless Broadband Network for Government Affairs(referred as the SWBNGA) is one of the most important part of Nanjing wireless broadband MAN(metropolitan area network).With the rapid development of the network and image processing technology, video surveillance systems have been widely applied in the SWBNGA construction. The video surveillance integration platform is an important integrated application platform for the SWBNGA systems. How to accomplish the development and application of Video Surveillance Integration Platform(referred as the VSIP), and to take advantage of its rapidity, flexibility, broad coverage and comprehensive integration, is the focus in the SWBNGA construction.This article focuses on the demands and problems of the SWBNGA construction, makes field analysis of the integrated video surveillance software platform(referred as the VSISP), and then puts forward a scene and domain model in the field of system. Based on the domain model, we make framework for modeling the system in order to abstract general software architecture model of DSSA(domain specific software architecture), which works for the VSISP. And divide the resusable framework of VSISP into several parts, such as electronic map, video player, Video Frame acquisition, correlation of video and business information, video image quality detection, telecommunication, equipment management,decision analysis and evaluation framework. To improve the reusability of the framework above, we should establish a logical model in the design process, and make the combination of design pattern and component technology, such as intermediaries, observer and combination. Based on the framework above, we can make a design and implementation of the VSISP to further test the reusability of the systemetical framework.
