Design And Implementation Of Web Video Surveillance Platform

With the development of computer network technology, in the development of3G technology is mature, the4G era has opened, higher bandwidth, faster connections will provid development space more open to a remote network video surveillance technology.Traditional Remote network surveillance technology is keeping the Analog front-end video acquisition form becoming a network protocol based on video stream through the front-end embedded system to digital data acquisition, compression, packaging and other processes, and then to IP in the form of packets transmitted on the network, finally the surveillance terminal implementes video/audio decoding, storage and other functions through the client management software.This scheme requires in all client installation surveillance and management software.It will cause that all clients need to been updated with the software updating. At the same time for new client also need to install a separate software,as a result it will cause a lot of inconvenience. In response to this demand, this paper designs a kind of video surveillance system based on Web. Because now all PC client will install the browser basically, so we will convey surveillance video from the front-end surveillance equipment to the web servers. The user through a browser to access the video surveillance data, so there is no need to install software on the new client. And for the video playback controls updating, only if the updated controls are on the web server, the browser will prompt user,after user made a determing, the browser will automatically download and install updates to a local client,which is very convenient.My work is mainly completed the design and implementation of the whole platform. Construction of platform is developed based on Spring, Hinernate, Struts the framework of the three. Platform deployed on the server, in response to access, real-time playback of video surveillance. At the same time in order to increase the security of the system, the user role permission certification is also need. Real time video surveillance function is using the ActiveX plugin, user access to the server in the Web server through the browser, which will automatically download and install ActiveX plugins for video surveillance. To make the Activex plugin work on the network, the Activex plugin need to be given for digital signatures and users need to download and install third party certification body of the root certificate firstly.
