Design And Implementation Of Property Information Management System

Property to some extent,the implementation of information management system can solve the existing problems in the modern property management activities,make property management more scientific,and the implementation of property information management system to further improve the efficiency of management,make property management more reasonable,and further reduce the cost of property management.The paper mainly studies the community property management informatization process,and for residential property management in the process of the problems of space problem,the problem of equipment and the charge for detailed exploration,to develop a reasonable solution.Property information management system development,make property management of residential property management more scientific.The main purpose of this study is on the low degree of information,management of property management confusion and other issues to improve.The property information management system mainly USES the now more mainstream object-oriented J2EE technology development,the system USES the AJAX technology to relevant function module design,so that system can be more in line with the actual demand of property management in our country.System USES these techniques to complete the space management module,equipment management module,customer management module,charge management module and implementation of the property management module design,effectively improve the efficiency of property management work.In this paper to solve the previous property management system,the hardware equipment aging,system function is too single problem,this article USES the technology can further reduce the demand for hardware,and the system operation,easier to maintain.
