With the continuous improvement of the modern social information degree,it is imperative to the depth of the education and information technology integration.The information technology in the classroom has become one of the essential ways to promote the progress of the education industry.How to optimize the teaching process and make the learners in the limited time to grasp and learn more knowledge is the key issue to be solved by educators.As an important cause of civil aviation personnel input source,the teaching quality of flight attendant professional affects the overall quality of the civil aviation professionals,so for the flight attendant professional teaching,with the help of the new media can solve this problem to some extent.The CBT software to the data,text,graphics,images,sound organically together,providing students with large capacity comprehensive external stimulation,has good interactivity,that can effectively arouse the students' interest and enhance the students' sense of participation.It combines theory with practice,which gives full play to the students' learning initiative and improves the students' ability to analyze and solve problems.It plays an important role to improve the teaching quality and implement the quality education.Therefore,theresearch on the design and development of CBT software is of far-reaching significance.First of all,this article researches the development status of CBT software at home and abroad by consulting relevant literature and analyzes the characteristics of "civil aviation service etiquette" course.The second,starting from the theoretical level to explore the theoretical basis of CBT software development design.Based on the Situated cognitive theory and the MVP theoretical framework,design and development of CBT teaching software pays attention to exert students' subjectivity to promote students' effective learning.The third,design and development of "civil service etiquette" CBT software system through the demand analysis,function module design process.The CBT software user roles can be divided into administrator and learners.The system administrator can perform user management,rights management,class management,"civil defense service etiquette" course management and learners can learn to the published course,test study results and analysis results,see the homework,the latest learning resources and classic answering questions.The fourth,testing the civil service etiquette CBT software with the help of design research methods to optimize the performance of CBT.Then expounding the learning Instructional design completely by means of CBT,to the "civil aviation service etiquette" course "conductor hairstyle design" section as an example,including: the early stage of the analysis,design of teaching activities and teaching activities.Based on the evaluation of the nineteenth national education and teaching information contest,the software is evaluated objectively.Final,on the "air services etiquette" CBT Software Design and Development of a summary and outlook,to be greatly improved.
