In the modern IT industry, Android Phone and Apple’s iPhone as the representative of smart phones are leading to a strong impact on traditional information technology transmission with continuously penetration of user procession and rapid development of mobile internet applications in the daily lives of people. In civil aviation (CA) industry, mobile app would be another new choice of accessing to information display, the flight crew(FC) self prepare app overcome some drawbacks of cabin crews and ground service staffs facing time and space restricted problems in daily flight production and operation. The born of FC app would create favorable conditions for user to get flight status and related information from internal system timely and effectively. As for mobile app implementation at present there are two major mode of mobile application development. One is mobile web app based on web pages namely as WMA. Another is called resident mobile app RMA which is native client system. The kind of development mode to choose may take consideration of productivity and variety and standardization. In area of civil aviation business information support, for some reason that data separated from various business platform insufficient data shared, it will cause difficulty in flight information query for cabin crew user who may have to login into different system, increase work burden and downgrade productivity. Secondary, mobile phones surely have different in many ways. To realize system into mobility, standard delivery have long road to go, which hinder. FC app product development and research and feature enhancement. Therefore, widget terminal based technologies and web service integration framework for REST style developed mobile flight crew has a strong practical significance.The main contents of the thesis are listed as below:First of all, the existing situation and problems of CA information system are analyzed, and author will give a brief introduction of the mobile application development method and restriction of traditional method. Meanwhile in the thesis, it will give a brief introduction to the core technology which solution involved and basic of CA’s operational system. As the start of investigating business domain demand, the necessity of building mobile application systems base on CA’s operational system is highly addressed and discussed. The application solution of building mobile flight portal systems is concluded in the way of cross-platform complied technology with Restful Web Service call.Secondly, main functionality&core procedure of mobile flight crew application system are clearly included and diagram chart illustrated. The entire architecture is displayed with the three layers which indicate terminal running environment layer, Client frontend display layer, Server data collecting layer. From the perspectives of technology design, the advantage and functions of detail component in the layer are discussed in the thesis.Thirdly and importantly, thesis will discuss common module of the mobile flight crew, how to implement user login module, flight dynamics and aero-flight task module. It will analyze some facing problems in the data integration and give answer to them in the real development situation.Finally, the design advantages of the system summary as well as foreseeing future prospect of this solution are described.The import of web widget client framework will reduce work quantity of mobile client development and satisfy the demand of uniformed terminal layout behavior. On the server back side, applying to build.Restful Web Service may have advantages in interface management, easy configuration, and brief structure. Author realizes the swift data interfacing and convert. After validation, this solution as considered will simplify the implementation and improve system development with efficiency and maintainability. It will application easily cover various kind of smart phone, unified style, to achieve the development of efficient design goals.
